At the National Ploughing Championships 2015 held at Ratheniska County Laois, SuperValu, the great champion of Irish Artisan food producers, had a large marquee dedicated to giving their suppliers and patrons alike an opportunity to meet each other and the patrons the opportunity to sample the great Irish fare on offer from SuperValu.
CKF hire were once again engaged to supply a Mobile Kitchen from which the various foods were prepared and cooked. We supplied a 22ft Mobile Kitchen, fully equipped, delivered to site and we also provided a stand-by Manager to ensure that SuperValu Chefs were acquainted with the workings of the Kitchen and to offer advice, help and specialist expertise during the course of the event.
There are three essential items required to produced excellent food:
A. Quality Ingredients (and SuperValu use only the best)
B. Good Chefs (and the celebrity Chefs were amongst the best in Ireland) and
C. A good Kitchen (and CKF’s mobile Kitchen was certainly up to the job)
The result: Thousands of very satisfied SuperValu Patrons.
