At the TRIPLE CROWN DECIDER against Scotland, the official IRFU Hospitality Marquay was located in the Marian College opposite the Aviva Stadium.
Fitzers Catering who are renowned for their corporate fare again engaged CKFHire to provide a comprehensive Marquay Kitchen together with 3 Portable Coldrooms 6m x 2m which though located externally opened into the kitchen thus saving precious kitchen space.
CKF HIRE also provided, Extraction Canopy, 20 grid, and 10 grid Combi ovens, Bratt Pans, Hot Holding Carts, Gastro Fridges, 6 Burner Ranges, DF Fryers, Shelving, Hand Wash Sinks, and Bain Marie’s.
