Over the weekend of April 24th to 26th the much loved Howth Prawn Festival took place, showcasing Howth’s abundant Seafood and Seafood Restaurants. Despite some showery weather, a large and hungry band of Foodies descended on the pier to sample the fare.
With many of Howths top Restaurants partaking, including Beshoffs on the Pier, The Oar House, Octopussy, Aqua and the King Sitrick, it was essential that the Catering Equipment provided was up to standard. Event organisers Fingal Council contracted CKF Hire to look after the catering equipment hire and amongst the items employed were: Deep Fat Fryers, Gas Griddles, Electric Grills, Display Fridges, Deli Fridges, Heated Lamps, Hobs and Boiling Rings.
