The annual Knockanstokan Festival by the Lakes was held last weekend. Straight from New York came Loretta’s Kitchen with the best Meatball Subs this side of the Atlantic. A CKF Hire Unit complete with backup chest freezer and range were utilised to prepare and produce these mouthwatering treats for hungry festival folk.
