The big grill held in Herbert Park, Dublin in August is now an established event on the Irish festivals calendar with a multitude of caterers vying to deliver the best of BBQ food to the discerning D4 clientele.
The Big Grill is however about more than mouth watering Grilled foods. Craft Brewers, Wine Distributor’s and those in the vanguard of the Irish whiskey revolution are all integral to making the event the great success it is. CKF hire were contracted to provide refrigerated display units to a number of participants including Probus Wines who hired Glass Door tall fridges and refrigerated serve overs from which to Chill and display their wines.
