| Project | After only two days in operation,Vinnie Hanlon, the driving force and innovator behind Street Food Outlet, quickly realised that extra walk-in refrigeration was urgently required to cope with the instant success of the Outlet and the additional demands that the busy Christmas period would bring. Space was not available inside the restaurant and externally only limited space was available to Vinnie. |
| Solution | Vinnie Hanlon contacted George Smullen of CKF Hire on a Saturday evening and after a site survey and an enjoyable sampling of the Outlets food offering, George recommended a 2m by 2m walk-in cold room (exterior spec construction and refrigeration plant) be employed. At 8a.m on Tuesday morning CKF Hire delivered a 2m by 2m walk-in cold room complete with shelving on three sides to Vinnie’s premises. The unit was off loaded, powered up and running within one hour of arrival relieving Vinnie of any refrigeration concerns and allowing him to take full advantage of the busy Christmas trading period. |
