Project Provide Temporary Kitchen, Preparation and Dishwash Accommodation during a 3 month complete Kitchen Refurbishment at this prestigious Hotel.
Solution On assessment, the Client requested we assemble a Catering Complex linking to the Hotel. We recommended a Large Production Kitchen with Food Preperation Room, a separate Dishwash Unit, Walk-in Fridge, and Walk-in Freezer. These Units were then assembled employing our purpose built link/Circulation Unit to provide a complete solution to our Client’s requirements.
