Solution | On assessment, the Client requested we assemble a Catering Complex linking to the Hotel. We recommended a Large Production Kitchen with Food Preperation Room, a separate Dishwash Unit, Walk-in Fridge, and Walk-in Freezer. These Units were then assembled employing our purpose built link/Circulation Unit to provide a complete solution to our Client’s requirements. |
