Rory Moynihan, the Druid’s Chef, brought his celtic kitchen to the recent Groove Festival at Killruddery House and Gardens in Wicklow. He impressed the concert goers with the quality of his menu and unique fare he had on offer. Rory’s skills and unique knowledge of food, which he shared with his followers, are accrued from working in some of Europe’s most prestigious kitchens including the Ritz, the Dorchester, The Connacht and a number of prestigious restaurants in Switzerland and Paris.
Rory invited some of his celebrity food friends including Peter Caviston of Caviston’s Seafood Restaurant, Paul Kelly of the Merrion Hotel; and Ed Hick – Sausage Maker Extraordinaire to share some of their skills and secrets with concert goers.
Rory engaged CKF Hire to provide onsite refrigerated storage in the form of a 3m Towable Refrigerated Trailer sited adjacent to his Celtic Kitchen
