The annual 'Darkness into Light' events were held at various venues throughout Ireland last week. Having supplied a temporary catering complex at Baldonnel Military Airport throughout 2015, our hire has now come to an end and we have removed the temporary Kitchens, Cold Rooms and essential Catering Equipment back to our base and are currently cleaning, maintaining and getting ready for our next hire.
